I noticed that the candidates on my show spanned in age from 20 to 66 though the majority were in the bracket of 20-45 years. I felt that the younger contestants were full of energy and ambition. But the meaning that money has changes as age advances; my middle-aged contestants were very careful and sensible with the way they took their decisions and played 10 Ka Dum. All my celebrity contestants also wanted to win large sums of money…but for charitable causes. Like young Ranbir who was genuinely upset that he could not win a considerable amount that he wanted to give away in charity. Like Akshay and Katrina who were prepared to contribute from there own pockets when they didn’t win much. Seeing their gesture, the Sony team decided to send Rs. Ten lakh to the charitable trust of their choice. It’s not just the celebrities but I found it really amazing that most contestants decided to give some part of their winnings for charity although their own needs are greater. It is heartening that people care for charitable causes…to care to give back something when you get is another way of being…human.

Not being biased...but the best episode I found till date was o fAkshay, you and Katrina. It was a treat to watch you all interacting heartily. Akshay is a gentleman. I laughed out loud when he menr\tioned about his being "a cook" when he is drunk. And when he said, "Kya hoga...zyada se zyada muh kala ho jaega, ghar chale jaenge!" Indians have the biggest hearts when it comes to contributions to charities. For example, whenever there is a need and someone asks for donations, people give generously. People in the west are always shocked at how easly we can raise money for causes. Be it for athletes that are going to compete, school education fund for a deserving child, a widow stricken with misfortune, we will give freely. IT'S IN OUR BLOOD. We hold strong to the belief that when we give, God returns 100 fold back to us, maybe not finacially but in other positive ways in our lives.

when we are kids we don't know the value of this word. But when we saw that giving this piece of paper or coin to someone actually gave us the thing we liked when we are kids like chokelates etc..
You said it right that the contestant wo are middel aged played with caution as they more know the importance of money and it's utilization. It's doesn't mean that the younger generation doesn't know it's importance...they too realize it's importance...
Every person have a soft corner to do something for the needy ones.It's just that someone is capable and someone is not capable to help others.
But when they won a proper amount of money on DKD they try to contribute some part to some charity. Thats really great!!!
But the motivation that came in the mind of contestant to help the needy ones came from you salmna da!!!
Your organisation "Being Human" is the most excellent example that helps the medical expences of the needy one.
Also ur personal contribution to your charity and all the charity work you did without anyone knowing it...but we know da you helped lots of charity....!!!!!!

I always had a mixed feelings about your persona. Anyways, despite of my personal opinions I wanted to let you know that your show is teriffic. Although, I wish I saw less celebrities and more regular people on the show. You have the gift of interacting with average mass which is much more appealing to watch then stars who are there to promote their movies.

Dearest Salman: I just now read one of your old interviews you had given in 2005. Its really touching and feels bad to know you have gone thru a lot of misery which you definately do not deserve. Its more painful when these miserable situations are created by people who have used you for their success. Kat's reactions to question related to infedility and men were kind of very aggressive on DKD episode. She seems to be god fearing and loyal in all respects. You cannot get any better girl than her. No girl would like to share her man with others.
Stop involving yourself in mentoring others career.. specially girls. I know you encourage new comers but you have lot of time for that. First priority should be for marraige now. Good to hear you.The episode with Akshay-Katrina was mindblowing and awesome.Even the Ranbir-Deepika episode was fabulous.Ranbir is a nice fellow and it was nice to see that he gives you alot of respect.
Between i am quite disappointed with the box office collections of gtgh not being the way it should have been,the reason being lack of publicity.I still wish it becomes a hit as i have a ray of hope for the film.
It is really sad for your fans Salman when your movie doesnt do very well at the box office.We get heart broken.We want all your films to become hits.I dont know gtgh is a good entertainer and should have become at least a semi-hit or something.The same thing happened with JEM.
Salman i request you to please be very aggressive about your films publicity campaigns.I know that it is not in your hands,its the producers job but you are the biggest star of Bollywood and you can try to take care of these matters,so please do excellent publicity with all your upcoming movies like the publicity of "Singh Is King",because they are all really good movies and and all your fans are always desperate and wish that all your movies become superhits.

I used to watch your show 10 ka dum till the day the reports of you fight with SRK started doing rounds in the media. And off course i don't know what the whole thing was all about or if there was anything(heated arguing or something) at all. But what i know is that you have passed personal comments about the person SRK and those were not very polite. Let's suppose that you were right about what you said about SRK; the question is what does it tell about the person salman khan?
And about the fact that I stopped watching your show doesn't mean that i hate you and will hate you for eternity but to be honest i have stopped liking you(I have never been a fan of yours but i had i connection a liking or whatever you can call it; but no more)

What were the director and producers doing during the making of GTGH - dropping acid? Please start conducting some quality control with regard to the people you agree to work with. I think it is commendable that you may want to help friends and strugglers out - but dude, you already help a lot of charity cases in other spheres! Please drop the numb-nuts that come to you with half-baked ideas.
I think a Partner or Judwaa type of movie can be fun if it is well executed - but I would like to see more quality work like Maine Pyar Kiya and Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam - strong scripted and quality products.
In Karan Arjun you were kick-ass and put SRK in the shade. People should see the song "Ek Munda" on Youtube - brilliant work.
Hopefully, Yuvraj and Veer will do you better justice as GTGH was not up your standard. GTGH is a movie I'd expect to see an Aftab or a Vivek in, not a superstar man!

Islam is once again under the scanner with the unearthing of the Students Islamic Movement of India (SIMI) terror trail. With the logo of its offshoot, the 'Indian Mujahideen' displaying guns on either side of the Quran, the connection made with Islam is UGLY &MISGUIDING.
I wonder if this fringe group knows that in the words of theological expert Abdullah Yusuf Ali, the Quran states that "treason against the State, combined with treason against ALLAH is a crime with punishments like execution, crucifixion, maiming or exile as per the situation"?
JEHAD is highly misunderstood not only by non-Muslims but also by Muslims. Islam sanctions wars but under very strict rules. The true Concept of Jihad is the waging of war against one's own selfish nature, vices & shortcomings. It is also the war to be waged within Muslim society to fight evil, injustice inequity, illiteracy & ignorance.
The terrorists aims were clear in Hyderabad, Gujarat, Jaipur & Bangalore – to drive a wedge between Hindus & Muslims & create a riot like situation. Further, in such tragic situations, irresponsible statements & mud slinging by political parties have only helped terrorists outfits that were, until now, marginalized.
Though Both the communities acted in restraint after the recent attacks, we need to prioritise security & vigilance. The Saner elements in both communities must take lead in foiling attempts by fundamentalists to play up such incidents.

I watched 'God tussi great ho' yesterday at Anand theater(Thane).Movie is decent with a good message.Tremendous improvement in Sohail's acting.I am surprised that you didn't promoted it.
Last week I watched 'Singh is king', what a garbage! Complete crap! I don't know what is the problem with Taran adarsh and Rajeev masand giving wrong stars to the wrong movies.Akshay is in overacting mode and Katrina doesn't know ABC of acting.I don't understand why media is promoting such crap actors.

i know,is probably not the right place for this but i haven't a better one & is nice ,true story,i swer to GOD.
4 years ago happened to meet incidently a 3 years old baby boy looking exactely as u: the same eyes,the same mouth,the same cheeks,the same smile...when that baby turn towards me smiling with your naughty-cute smile & reach out his heand to touch my face & to take my heand i was instantly melted,flowing to the flowr.seriously,lucky me i was set on a chair,if not i would fallen down.
for a half hour that baby kept strongly my heand , playing & laughting at me all the time.i was so happy,i would cry by happiness...and suddenly,a thought arised & persisted all that time:to steal that sweetness,to buy it,to do something,anything to keep him for me. ya,sound madness but i must admit in that moment i became a little crazy...as im always when is regarding u.
anyway,when came the time to go,i must pulled my heand from his little one & he became as sad as me.a week after i passed over that place maybe,maybe i would have the chance to meet him again.
...not even today i dont know completly if i've fallen in love with that boy because he reaseambled you or i've loved u even more then bcoz u looked as the baby...
in that perioud only i had about u was your name,u are an indian actor,a very few movies on year - always the same - and what GOD let me to know about you...i mean everything: your tall,your nature,all good stuffs and not so good...many,many others things.in that stupendous day i learnt something more...i had the revelation that in spite of a dashing,macho,sexy lover boy,tough guy look,u have a baby heart and an adorable childish atittude.
the conclusion is,since that day half of my heart started to love u as a mother ( just half!).
no matter u are 40 or 60 years,for me u will remain sweet and lovely as a kid and i feel need to protect u as a lioness protect his cub.
Both episodes were great. It looks like u and Boby shares a very special bonding of friendship. And the best part was dance on the punjabi song. It was great fun to watch again both of u together, some years ago when u both did a world tour it was also very entertaining and full of fun. Hope u are doing fine and will busy doing shooting. Best luck for all coming events and hope coming episodes will be as usual rocking. And I must say both ladis were very lucky to help u in ear rings.

I am a fan of the humanitarian Salman and I'd like to comment on your honorable charity foundation 'Being Human'..it is a noble cause.
U are among the few blessed people on earth who instinctively help others, even if someone like Me were to come up to U...I wouldn't have to spell it out or mention a thing, U would sense a problem if any and offer help without my asking for it. I admire this trait. My dad was the same, he never asked someone if they needed anything..he just knew and insisted on being of help. He used to say waqt aur haalat kisi ka eik sa naheen rehta. Truly remarkable to see and read about people willing to share wholeheartedly from the goodness of their hearts with those in need rather than hoard or burn money on themselves and their loved ones alone. ShahJehan ne TAJ banaya apni Mumtaz ke liye, khoobi toh tab hain jab woh banata Taj kisi anjaan ki khidmat ke liye. Anyone and everyone can find themselves in a financial dump once in a while, a lil consideration goes a long way. The miracle is to be of help without hurting their pride or belittling them. I hope those who come to U don't go empty handed and U never throw them out. Not just very poor people but some times even regular families need a lil support like that lady wanting to buy her flat on your Show. I don't think she would accept charity but a zero interest loan could help her in some way. Very few people consider helping another without making a huge deal outta it. I see pics of celebs etc all the time posing with special needs people only or blindly donating to a cause in full view of shutterbugs, without bothering to inquire if their donation/charity even reaches the intended persons. I wish U tremendous Success in your foundation. May U be of assistance to everyone U meet. Good Luck.

...sometimes on ur show, there are such cute people like the 'pan' guy, the very wonderful laxmi and likes who come on the show and furher add charm to it...and we as viewers feel great about the whole thing and do genuinly feel sad when someof them end up losing...
...BUT..but..but..there are equally irritating people also coming in, like that police oficers wife last week...jinko dekh kar khayal aata hai ki khudda pls pls just make them lose quick...(mean but true)..she literally forced me to change the channel last week...god knows where u get the patience from for such 'irritants' :(
